The site visit workflow
A contractor arrives on-site with a floor-plan DXF from the architect sitting in their email. The site manager wants to check a dimension against actual walls. Without Open3D that's either a laptop or a wait. With Open3D it's tap-the-attachment, orbit, tap-measure, done.

FAQ
Can I read a large floor plan DXF?
Yes. Files up to about 60 MB are comfortable on iPhone 12 and up. Very large architectural DXFs may take 10–20 seconds to lay out.
Does it read DWG?
DWG on iPhone: no. DWG requires the ODA File Converter which only ships on the Windows build. Ask the sender to export DXF from their CAD tool instead.
Can I edit DXF?
No. Viewer only.
Is it free?
Yes. Free with ads outside the viewport. No IAP required.
